Thanks to COVID and a celebrity-laden advertising campaign, the WELL Building Institute’s WELL Building Certifications are, more than ever before, in demand. WELL guidelines are designed to make buildings healthier, happier, and more productive. In this presentation, we will learn about the Institute and the current version of their WELL guidelines covering 10 base concepts and are further broken down into 108 features. Finally, we will review some case studies to illustrate how the system is put into practice by owners and design professionals.
